With over 20 years of experience in Radio Frequency (RF) communications systems, I have built a career leading teams in both the private and military sectors. My extensive military leadership background has shaped my ability to manage projects effectively, align individual skill sets for maximum efficiency, and drive superior results under high-pressure conditions.

I recently had the privilege of serving as a Network Control Supervisor at Harris Caprock, where I honed my skills in leadership, crisis management, and operational efficiency. In this role, I was responsible for prioritizing real-world outages—some of which, if left unresolved, could have resulted in critical consequences. My proactive approach to problem-solving and commitment to excellence have allowed me to cut company losses by streamlining procedures and ensuring customer satisfaction through diligent follow-ups.
