Built to power what’s next
Bullet Energy Solutions was founded in 2022 with a vision bigger than a single product or market. The goal was to build a family of technology-driven companies focused on the energy and infrastructure systems shaping the future.
Two operators, complementary experience
The company brought together two leaders with complementary experience. Allen Rezapour, an electronics engineer by training, spent more than 35 years building Fox Rent A Car into the largest independent rental car company in the United States before its acquisition by Europcar Mobility Group.
Mark Vogel brought deep expertise in construction, operations, and renewable energy, most notably serving as SVP of Operations at ADT Solar, where he oversaw operations across 24 states and 36 offices. Together, they combined experience in technology, large-scale operations, energy, and business growth to build Bullet for scale from day one.
Two companies, one platform
Bullet EV Charging Solutions and Bullet Solar Solutions were launched together under Bullet Energy Solutions, creating the foundation for a broader energy and infrastructure platform.
The vision was never simply to install chargers or solar panels. It was to build the technical expertise, operating systems, data, and field capabilities needed to take on increasingly complex infrastructure projects.
What we build today
Today, Bullet EV Charging Solutions designs and builds Level 3 DC fast charging infrastructure across multiple manufacturers and networks. Our work includes commercial charging hubs, fleet charging infrastructure, Tesla Supercharger sites, Tesla Semi charging stations, and other high-power charging projects.
We support projects from site evaluation and engineering through utility coordination, permitting, construction, commissioning, and ongoing service. Through Bullet Solar Solutions, we provide solar and energy storage systems, expanding our capabilities across power generation, storage, and electrification.
Technology, and what comes next
Technology remains at the center of how Bullet operates. From project development and field operations to financial tracking and performance analytics, we have built the company around data, automation, visibility, and disciplined execution.
And we are continuing to grow. Bullet Energy Solutions is expanding into the data center space and continuing to build the Bullet family around the technologies and infrastructure shaping the future.
