I am a two-time customer turned employee in the solar industry. After installing solar panels on my first house in 2017, I fell in love with everything about solar energy—how it works, what it does, and its benefits. Fast forward 2.5 years, my wife and I decided to move and build our forever home. We sold our solar-powered house in less than two days for over the asking price! After signing the paperwork for solar on the new home, I decided to leave my software career and start anew in an industry I am passionate about.

My approach is very different from the standard solar salesperson. I treat every client as if they were family, taking a consultative approach to understand why you are considering solar. What do you want it to do for you? Will it meet your expectations? Setting the right expectations is crucial because this is one of the largest investments you will make in your home, and you should feel comfortable with it. I never let my clients sign anything during our meetings, and there is never any pressure to buy. Instead, I give you questions to think about that no other solar salesperson can answer because they pertain to your individual situation.

I have hundreds of clients and primarily work off referrals as I build relationships with my clients. I often joke and tell my clients, "You better like me because you're stuck with me for 25 years." Something on your house with solar has a 25-year warranty, and that warranty carries not just Bullet Solar's name but mine as well. I take great pride in ensuring excellent customer service after the sale because it is the most important part. Any solar salesperson will always answer the phone while trying to "sell" you, but a true professional will answer the phone for years to come.
