As a certified installer for major brands such as Tesla and ChargePoint, we deliver end-to-end solutions for multi-family, commercial, and fleet clients. We are expanding in Texas and seeking a driven EV Charging Sales Representative to help grow our presence in key markets.
Position Overview
The EV Charging Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting, closing, and managing client relationships within their assigned territory. This role requires both business development expertise and consultative selling skills, with a strong understanding of EV charging technology and available market incentives. You will be a key contributor to Bullet EV’s growth in Texas.
Key Responsibilities

Prospect and generate new business with commercial property owners, developers, fleets, and other target segments

Conduct consultative sales meetings to identify client needs, qualify opportunities, and propose tailored solutions

Guide clients through EV charger incentive, rebate, and grant programs

Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and contracts

Maintain accurate records of prospects, opportunities, and activities in the CRM system

Represent Bullet EV at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences

Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to maximize account value
Qualifications

3+ years of sales experience in EV charging, renewable energy, electrical contracting, or related industries

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Strong understanding of EV charging infrastructure and the e-mobility market

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Willingness to travel regularly within assigned territory
