Allen co-founded and was the Co-CEO of Fox Rent-A-Car, a company he grew over 35 years to $350 million in revenue with 26 U.S. locations and over 110 worldwide affiliates. Fox’s owned fleet consisted of over 20,000 vehicles. Allen oversaw Fox’s successful exit in 2019 to Europcar Mobility Group, one of the largest rental companies in the world. Europcar was subsequently acquired by Volkswagen. Allen is an Electrical and Electronic Engineering graduate from Chico State University.

After decades of experience in scaling a successful transportation company, Allen turned his focus toward the future—renewable and clean energy. Driven by his belief that energy independence, sustainability, and grid resiliency are critical to the next generation of infrastructure, he founded Bullet Solar Solutions and Bullet EV Charging Solutions. Through these companies, Allen aims to help homeowners and businesses take control of their energy usage, reduce their carbon footprint, and prepare for a more electrified and resilient world.
